Bendigo Telco’s BizExpress Line is a business fixed line telephone service solution, designed to meet the needs of small businesses that require analogue telephone services.
This could be for;
- A business that is running multiple analogue telephone handsets or;
- A business that has a phone system that requires analogue telephone services.

BizExpress requires active, compatible internet service. To ensure compatibility, please consult with our Customer Help Team.
Some services such as Fax and EFTPOS will not work over BizExpress; please consult with Customer Help to discuss alternative fax and EFTPOS solutions.
Early Termination Charges (ETC) are applied when a BizExpress or End User Voice plan is cancelled before the expiry of the minimum contract term. Please refer to
Critical Information Summary for applicable ETC charges.
