Tasmanian Cricket Association

One of the main reasons for establishing Tastel Community Telco was to capture revenue that would otherwise leave Tasmania, and reinvest it here.

Our state’s future lies with our young people, so we are investing in employment and education programs.

Our most recent community involvement was a three year sponsorship deal with the Tasmanian Cricket Association. The deal gives promising young Tasmanian cricketers the chance to represent their state and country.

“It also encourages the development of life skills. While we see the scheme as fitting in with our obligation to identify and develop players who may eventually wear the Australian Baggy Green Cap, we also assist the personal growth of some fine young Tasmanians.”
